2. Requesting a Consultation
With your client’s needs assessed, it’s time to go to our Custom Website Questionnaire Page and fill out the form with all of your client’s requirements for a website. Once you fully complete that form, you’ll be directed to a page with a calendar. This will book a consultation to discuss the project scope and receive a quote tailored to your client’s specific requirements.
3. Consultation and Quote
During the consultation, we’ll delve into the details provided from your questionnaire to determine the project’s scope, including design complexity, functionality, and any special features. To give an accurate quote, we must have a full and clear picture of the project. Without that, we cannot give a quote. Assuming we have all the information, we aim to provide a quote within 24 hours, along with an estimated delivery timeline. Complex projects may require additional time to quote and will require a longer completion timeline.
Once the quote is prepared, you will receive an email with a link to the quote.
4. Proposal and Order Confirmation
Armed with our quote, you can craft a proposal for your client. Once they agree to the terms, simply go to the email you received with the quote, sign and submit the approved quote.
5. Ticket Creation and Payment
Upon receiving the signed agreement, we’ll convert the quote into an invoice. Prompt payment and completion of the intake form are the next steps, enabling us to gather all necessary details to start the project.
6. Information Completion and Project Kick-off
We require all requested information to be fully documented before beginning. Our commitment to quality and precision means we start no work until every detail is confirmed, ensuring the final website aligns perfectly with your client’s vision. The quoted timeline begins once all requested info is documented.

Expect updates as the website progresses. All inquiries should be directed through the R3VS portal for efficiency and record-keeping.
Checkpoints and Approvals
The project includes critical checkpoints, starting with the homepage mockup. Each stage requires your and your client’s approval to move forward, ensuring satisfaction with the design and functionality. The timeline for delivery is directly tied to how quickly these checkpoints are approved.
Finalization and Launch
After final approvals and edits, we’ll complete on-page SEO enhancements, finalize the design, and migrate the site to its permanent hosting solution, ready for your client’s audience.
